Weskeag Oysters

Weskeag OystersFarm-raised in leases on the eponymous Maine river, Weskeag oysters are very much what one should expect from a high-grade oyster of this region.

The three-plus inch shells are thick and will prove resistant to chipping during the shucking process.

Meats of the Weskeags are highly-brined and pleasantly firm.  The Weskeags will lend themselves beautifully to any hot or cold oyster application.
