From the aquaculture and processing facilities which John has a vested interest in, to the fleet of J.P.’s Shellfish trucks which expedite product from source to market (or as we like to say…”shore to door”) six days a week, product remains under our watchful eye, effectively eliminating levels of distribution, thereby providing you with the freshest product delivered to you in the most timely, cost effective manner.
